Himachal Pradesh is well known as the DevBhumi (dev bhumi himachal pradesh) — “The Land of the Gods and Goddess“. Himachal Pradesh is a fascinating hill state in India and is famous for its ample natural beauty. The name of the state is a reference to its setting; Himachal means “snowy slopes” (Sanskrit: hima, “snow”; acal, “slopes”), and Pradesh means “state.”

Himachal Pradesh is sharing its border by Jammu and Kashmir on the north, Punjab on the west and south-west, Haryana and Uttarakhand on the south-east and by the Tibet Autonomous Region on the east.

However the state stands apart from its neighbors in terms of its erect topographic diversity and breath taking sterile natural beauty. From the vast tracts of high-altitude Trans-Himalayan desert to dense green hills slopes & deodar forests, from apple orchards to cultivated terraces, from snow-capped high Himalayan mountain ranges to snow fed lakes and gushing rivers and streams like Major Sutlej, Beas, Ravi, Parbati.

The state of Himachal Pradesh is divided into twelve districts, which are Bilaspur, Chamba, Hamirpur, Kangra, Kinnaur, Kullu, Lahual Spiti, Mandi, Shimla, Sirmaur, Solan and Una. Shimla, a beautiful hill station and is the state capital of the Himachal Pradesh. The above all are the the exploration and discovery of Himachal Pradesh has been done by Nishan Kohli and has captured many unforgettable moments.

To motivate for a spiritual trip it has majestic Hindu temples, sacred Gurudwaras, Churches and Buddhist Monasteries. After having this spiritual trip all can is there was something magical, something mystical, a little known and a lot unknown. Its is also known for the best place to visit in summer, although its a perfect combination of time, place and people.

At the last Nishan Kohli said after his trip that its a rich cultural heritage and its simple to say life time experience to gain. Its a place to say “Go where the heart leads to, see what the eyes savor”.
